Cette année nous souhaitons rendre encore plus facile et accessible l’apprentissage de l’anglais pour vos enfants en s’amusant. Nous mettons en place deux nouvelles idées pratiques qui vous permettront de déposer vos enfants dans notre centre avec un peu moins de stress.

1 – Un point ramassage disponible chaque Mercredi au French American Center.

2 – Un ramassage scolaire après l’école – ‘The After School Club’.

Nous souhaitons partager une année spéciale avec vous tous, c’est notre 20^ème anniversaire et nous allons le fêter ! Nous vous proposerons de nouvelles aventures et idées excitantes pour pratiquer et apprendre l’anglais à travers le théâtre, la musique, les arts plastiques, les compétences du cirque et des activités sportives.

WEDNESDAY – BEACH DAY

Jane et les stagiaires à la plage!

On Wednesday we went to the beach. First, we took the tram from Comédie Square to Europe Square, then we took the bus to Palavas. We all sat down together on the beach. Then we went in the sea to play. After 15 minutes we worked on our beach vocabulary in the sand. Afterwards, we took landscape and portrait photos. We took the bus to Europe Square and then we walked to the French American Center. We were very tired!

THURSDAY – FOOTBALL FEVER

On Thursday we played football at Rauze Park. The players were Adeline, Lola, Julie, Vincent, Frankie, Alex, Paul, Hugo and Antoine. We played four matches and Alex played very well. The girls spoke and worked at a table with Jane while we played football. We scored a lot of goals but the goalie saved a few too. After the last match we went back to the French American Center.

MONDAY – COOKING DAY

When we arrived, at 10 o’clock Jeanette explained the rules to us. Jane gave us each a role for example: group director, press photographer. We then sang ‘Happy Days’, our song for the week. We worked on the subject of food. First we watched a video about curry, then we had cooking competition. We cooked an omelette. In the afternoon, we created a song and mimed the cooking verbs.

TUESDAY – BOWLING DAY

On Tuesday, we went bowling, let us tell you the story about it…

First, we took the tram to go to Odysseum. When we arrived, we looked for Aurélie and after we took the direction of Odysseum’s bowling center. Inside there was air conditioning so it wasn’t hot! To play bowling, we had to wear a extravagant shoes like clowns’ shoes! Then, we made two teams, in the first team there was Hannah, Laura, Clara, Lola, Julie, Lucy, Mathilde and Victoire and in the second team there was Adeline, Audrey, Aurélie, Hugo, Paul, Vince, Antoine and Frankie. Before beginning, we had to make a prediction of our score like “I’m going to get a strike!!”. The second team won. It was great fun, we liked it a lot! At the end we left to go to the French American Center.
